Teesside University

Teesside University is proud to welcome back Debating Matters for 2015, following a successful event at its Middlesbrough campus last year. The University and Debating Matters share the same aim of encouraging young people to realise their potential and develop their confidence, thoughts and ideas from an early age. Teesside University strives to be a caring, fair and supportive institution and values open communication, creativity and the contribution of individuals. These values fit well with Debating Matters and the University is delighted to provide a venue where young people can feel empowered and voice their opinions on important issues. Teesside University has a regular and very popular programme of engagement for young people from local schools, colleges and community groups.  With first-class facilities and an ambition to foster passion, energy and excellence in the next generation of higher education students, Teesside University is looking forward to welcoming the Debating Matters audience.
